Privacy and account security

Free previews use Cloudflare compute by default. Your working mesh and mould settings are sent securely to our Cloudflare Container and held temporarily in memory for the calculation; Completed previews may remain in memory for up to five minutes so an interrupted connection can retrieve them; they are not saved as a project or used for training. The original file stays on your device. Choose This device in the workshop to calculate locally without sending the model.

Email accounts

We use your email address to send a one-time sign-in code through Resend. We store your verified email, account identifier, and hashed session identifiers. Codes expire after 10 minutes and cannot be reused. Sessions expire after 30 days and can be ended by signing out.

Abuse protection

Sign-in uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a security cookie for recognizing the same browser, and temporary request counters. Network and email identifiers in those counters are keyed hashes. We use these signals to slow suspicious attempts, not to permanently ban everyone sharing a network. Expired counters, codes and sessions are removed during account activity.

Free print kits

Sign in to download your complete, checked print kit for free. The ZIP is packed on your device from the workshop design. Creating the download does not upload another copy of your model or store the kit in your account.

Billing

When payments open, Stripe will handle card details. Moldcaster will retain purchase records, credit balances and subscription status. We do not receive or store full card numbers.

Your choices

You can use free previews and the sample without an account. Contact admin@moldcaster.com about your account or a data deletion request. Purchase records may need to be retained for business recordkeeping.
